Dusty Limits’ The Winter of Our Discontent

12 01 2012

winter of our discontent

The bleak midwinter bites. While the 1% are sunning themselves in the Maldives, the rest of us are feeling the cold pinch of austerity. A Coalition of mutual distrust flounders, a self-assembly Europe (for which we’ve lost the instructions) is coming apart, and the people who got us into this mess are paying themselves bigger bonuses than ever. As mid-January, the most depressing week of the year, approaches, thing look grim.

What better way to combat the winter blues than with a good old-fashioned British moan?

The Winter of Our Discontent brings together some of the most exciting players on the contemporary cabaret scene to bitch, gripe and howl, expressing their anger through song, stand-up, contortions, tap-dancing, yoga demonstrations and just plain ranting.

For three nights only the beautiful new Arcola Tent in Dalston will play host to this rag-tag rabble of disaffected artists.

Next big thing but need help!

12 01 2011

My dear friend and associate has sent this out for all who are interested in helping us create more candy for your eyes, ears and ass.

“Hello and Happy New Year.

I’d like to ask for your help with my latest project ‘I Love You But We Only Have Fourteen Minutes To Save The Earth’, a quintet of fourteen minute live and video performances which I’ll be developing and directing at the Oval House Theatre in March 2011.

Contributing artistes are (live) David Hoyle, Fancy Chance, Timberlina and (on film) Kate Pelling and Bette Bourne. Each will have fourteen minutes to tell us how they might save the planet. Their solution may be environmental, political or spiritual. They may not want to save the earth at all. But whatever they choose to do, they can’t do it without you.
We need to raise £1,750 ($2,750) by February 14th, Valentine’s Day 2011 to cover some of our expenses and are hoping that some of you might be able to help us, either by contributing yourself or sharing this link with others -

www.indiegogo.com/I-Love-You-But

This is a crowd funding site – the idea is that a large number of people can contribute a small amount to a project in which they have a shared interest. If the project seems interesting and you fancy contributing – even if just the price of a pint of beer or milk, it all helps – please follow the above link and go to the funding page. Or, if you can share the link with anyone you think might be interested and like to contribute it would be very much appreciated.

Thank you and best wishes for 2011,

Nathan Evans

Fancy Chance is now officially London’s Top Tranny 2010!

1 10 2010

I’m working on a collcction of titles now.

Russella, Ryan Styles and the Working Mens Club made the night SUPER fun and Trixie Malicious once again let me live out my dreams as the purple paisley god with her as my very own Apallonia (just white and with a better ass).

Forgot I was in this…. Jerkbeast-the movie

5 09 2010

But for some it’s a lifestyle.

I loved these guys and then one of them was told that I was spreading rumors about having sex with them for the film.  Wasn’t true and a misinformed accusation … it was a DIFFERENT FILM, like duh.  If I’m ever in a porn that actually gets seen I’ll make damn well sure I spread rumors about myself that are factual.
